Cancellation Policy
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward the total service cost and will not be transferred, refunded, or credited under any circumstances.
• Cancellations after 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a 30% charge of the service booked.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service booked.
• Arriving 15 minutes late may result in appointment cancellation and will be treated as a no-show.
• Same-day cancellations for any reason are considered no-shows.
There are absolutely NO exceptions, including but not limited to: illness, emergencies, travel delays, weather, childcare issues, or last-minute schedule conflicts.
Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate service refusal and may require full prepayment for any future bookings.
