A $100 non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. This retainer is applied toward your total service cost and is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be credited toward a future appointment under any circumstances. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. •Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 30% cancellation fee. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service booked. • Arriving 10 minutes late may result in appointment cancellation and will be treated as a no-show. • Same-day cancellations for any reason are considered no-shows. There are absolutely NO exceptions, including but not limited to: illness, emergencies, travel delays, weather, childcare issues, or last-minute schedule conflicts. Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate service refusal and may require full prepayment for any future bookings. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.
